Echo Lake purchased a former duck processing plant and partnered with Katt Construction to convert it into a high tech food production facility. Modifications to the existing plant included installation of spiral freezers, addition and modification to the new bread line, equipment foundations, trench drains, etc. A 65,000 square foot freezer and production facility was added.
