“My name is Larry Vail, for the past 31 years I have owned Jim’s Garage Door Service. I met Herb through a friend, Jim Nielsen, and have been doing door work for Katt Construction from the very start of his company. What I like best about doing work for Katt is the door openings are the size they are supposed to be, the walls are straight and level, and the jobs don’t have any surprises. In other words the jobs are right, you would think that is a given with all contractors, but sadly that is not true.
The other thing that is great to deal with is I feel like I’m being treated fairly and that I matter. Again not somethin you get from all contractors. Herb, congratulations on 25 years, I look forward to working with you for the next 25 years.”
