General Contracting
General Contracting is the most common project delivery method utilized by Katt Construction, allowing us to provide a complete package of construction services on either a lump sum, guaranteed maximum price, or time and material basis.
From pre-construction planning to commissioning and close-out, our office and field employees work in unison to meet all schedules, quality control standards and cost objectives. As a diversified General Contractor, we have expertise in commercial, industrial and institutional construction as well as renovations. We specialize in complex projects demanding precision quality and performance.
Design | Build
Design-Build is growing more rapidly than any other project delivery method. This method provides a single source for your construction project from the earliest planning stage through final construction. Our Design/Build delivery system combines the basic elements of General Contracting and Construction Management with architectural design to deliver a total package of services that meets all specific project requirements.
By managing the design and engineering quality, and effectively controlling construction costs and schedule, Katt is able to act as a singular source of valued assurance for ant design/build project.
Carpentry
Katt Construction’s in-house staff of professional carpenters ensure the building framework is consistently level, square and plumb. They set the foundations for finished carpentry by building in necessary blocking for items like windows, etc.
We also rely on fully-vetted subcontractors to suit the project scope. Our carpenters are the best in the area. We make sure they’re familiar with all aspects of framing, including best practices for exterior/interior, heavy/light gauge, soffit work and much more. They are versatile craftsman providing high-quality workmanship in a diverse range of projects including:
