This downtown Racine retail building was unoccupied for many years prior to being purchased by Johnson Redevelopment. Katt Construction was hired by Johnson to perform demolition and creation an interior “white box” condition and construction of a new storefront including total re-construction of the historical cornice. The current owner Brad Harring then hired Katt to perform the interior build-out for his growing gallery and picture framing company.
